- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of tk999a.
- You have not previously had an account closed by tk999a for breach of these Terms.
- You are registering voluntarily and not under any form of coercion.
Each player may hold only one active account on tk999a. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. tk999a strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify tk999a immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. tk999a will not compensate players for losses incurred due to compromised credentials where the player failed to act promptly. Account sharing with other individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 BDT.
- Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on account tier and verification status.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes to the registered MFS number.
- The MFS account used for withdrawal must be registered in the same name as the tk999a account holder.
- tk999a does not charge platform fees on standard transactions; however, your MFS provider may apply its own charges.
- Bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 20x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn, unless stated otherwise.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets may contribute at varying rates.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
- tk999a reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or providing false information — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk999a platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the betting system.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through known exploits will be voided.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
- Any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false dispute filings, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- All bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and pre-match or in-play market availability.
- Odds are displayed in decimal format and denominated in BDT. tk999a reserves the right to update odds at any time prior to bet settlement.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
- Maximum bet limits apply per event and may vary by market. tk999a reserves the right to limit the bet size of any individual player without prior notice.
- Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") on odds are not valid and tk999a reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds.
tk999a is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and voluntary self-exclusion options. Players who request self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the period specified. tk999a will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that a determined individual will not find ways to continue playing. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk999a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions (including MFS provider outages).
tk999a's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards tk999a staff or other players.
tk999a collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tk999a platform, you agree to first contact tk999a's support team at [email protected] and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the dispute to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. tk999a aims to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly. Decisions made by tk999a's dispute resolution process are final with respect to matters within the platform's operational control.
